Return Process

  Carefully pack the record in its original specialized mailer to ensure it remains flat and protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
