Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about purchasing and shipping rare and live vinyl records.

How do you grade the condition of your vinyl records?

We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Every record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure accuracy. Grades range from Mint (M) to Good (G), with detailed notes provided for rare and vintage pressings.

Are your live recordings official releases or bootlegs?

We specialize in both officially licensed live albums and authorized archival releases. We do not sell illegal bootlegs; every item in our 'Live' collection is a verified pressing from reputable labels or artist estates.

How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cruciform mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves (unless factory sealed) to prevent seam splits during transit, and we use bubble wrap and stiffeners for maximum protection.

What is your return policy for rare items?

We offer a 14-day return policy if the item does not match the described condition. Due to the high value of rare pressings, returns must be sent back in the original specialized packaging to ensure they remain in the stated condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked and insured services to ensure your rare vinyl arrives safely. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I request a specific pressing or matrix number?

Absolutely. For our rarest inventory, matrix numbers and specific pressing plant identifiers are listed in the product description. If you need more specific details or additional photos, please contact our support team.
